for Leadership Knowledge, Skills and Values
CYLN members
believe a shared understanding of key leadership
competencies among Coloradans can support
collaboration among youth development professionals
and make our efforts to support youth leadership
more effective and efficient. In this spirit we have
developed a set of “standards” that will describe
those competencies.
A draft of the
CYLN “Standards for Leadership Knowledge, Skills and
Values” is available below. We hope you will review
the document and offer your thoughts and suggestions
about how we can improve this document and make it
more useful.
